On April 18 at the Mahone Bay Centre we will be serving a 4-course gourmet dinner to 50 guests.   Proceedings will commence at 5:30pm with a reception and silent auction, followed at 6:30 by dinner in the Hennigar Room.

The meal will be prepared by Chef Ivan Zambotti, former head of the Itialian Culinary Program at George Brown College.  A vegetarian option will be offered.
