Starting on October 7 at 7pm, Scott Gräpel will be offering a series of 4 Wednesday evening sessions on the Four Foundations – one per week. Buddhists generally consider these to be:
- mindfulness of the body
- mindfulness of feelings or sensations
- mindfulness of mind or consciousness
- mindfulness of the dharma
This is a Supplementary Course. There are no prerequisites – everyone is welcome to attend.
