Regular Programs will be offered every week unless explicitly canceled:
- one extended silent practice session of 3 hours every Sunday morning
- two back-to-back half-hour Tuesday morning sessions. Participants may attend one or both sessions knowing that they will not be expected to sit for too long.
- one Wednesday evening 1-hour sitting followed by a second hour of:
- Week 1: tea time
- Week 2: people sharing thoughts about their practice
- Week 3: community building – snacks and social
- Week 4: a presentation or dharma talk
