Regular Programs will be offered every week unless explicitly canceled:

  • one extended silent practice session of 3 hours every Sunday morning
  • two back-to-back half-hour Tuesday morning sessions. Participants may attend one or both sessions knowing that they will not be expected to sit for too long.
  • one Wednesday evening 1-hour sitting followed by a second hour of:
    • Week 1: tea time
    • Week 2: people sharing thoughts about their practice
    • Week 3: community building – snacks and social
    • Week 4: a presentation or dharma talk
